GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
About our couriers
Our chosen courier company is Interlink Express since, in conjunction with their sister company DPD, offers one of the fastest, most reliable road-based delivery services in Europe. With more than 500 depots across Europe, the network delivers over 2 million parcels every day, offering transit times to destinations that are comparable to those offered by air express couriers.
Interlink Express offers a door-to-door service and will attempt to deliver to your chosen address on two consecutive occasions before holding the consignment at a local depot for five working days awaiting your collection. The service is insured and so must be signed for at the delivery address specified on the invoice.
Interlink Express's normal delivery hours are between 09:00 and 17:30,
Monday to Friday, unless otherwise specified. However, we are pleased
to be able to offer our customers a wider choice of timed delivery options,
including deliveries guaranteed to arrive before 9:30am,noon and 3:00pm.
Our delivery options
We will always endeavour to despatch your order the same day, providing we receive your order by 4pm and our security checks are satisfactory. Any orders received after 4pm will be despatched the following day.
We offer a range of delivery options:
Royal Mail - Tracked delivery
Orders sent by this route typically take 2 to 3 working days to arrive.
This is not a signed-for service but indicates that the parcel has been
delivered.
Interlink Express Next Working Day Delivery
We can guarantee next day delivery with the following options:
• Next working day before 9:30am
• Next working day before noon
• Next working day before 3:00pm
Our Next Working Day Delivery service is available from Monday to Thursday.
Interlink Express Saturday
For those who would like their order delivered on Saturday, we offer a
Saturday delivery service, providing you place your order before 3pm on
Friday.

• Saturday delivery before noon

Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 days delivery) - £3.75 for orders up to 3kg
Interlink Express Next Working Day by 9:30am - £16.00 up to 10kg
and 38p per additional kilogram
Interlink Express Next Working Day by noon - £11.00 up to 10kg and
38p per additional kilogram
Interlink Express Next Working Day (1 hour timeslot) - £7.50 up to 15kg and 38p per additional kilogram
Interlink Express Saturday by 10:00am - £40.00 up to 10kg and
67p per additional kilogram
Interlink Express Saturday by noon - £19.00 up to 10kg and 38p per
additional kilogram
