Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo and JCB Cards. All credit card transactions are securely processed using World pay.

Account customers are able to order online by selecting the pay on account option when in the check out area.. For customer wishing to set up an account please contact accounts on accounts@tapesuk.co.uk.
Shipping And Handling

Shipping And Handling for UK Mainland

Royal Mail Tracked - 2-3 Day Delivery Services. £23.50 for all parcels up to 5 Kilos. This is a signed for service which is fully trackable.

Business Post Next Working Day Services (Monday - Friday)

Deliveries by 5.30pm next working day for orders up to 15kg are charged at a rate of £6.50 with a £0.25 pence per kilo charge thereafter.

Deliveries by 12:00 next working day for all orders up to 15kg are charged at a rate of £11.00 with a £0.25 pence per kilo charge thereafter.

Deliveries by 09:30 next working day for orders up to 15kg are charged at a rate of £16.00 with a £0.25 pence per kilo charge thereafter.

Business Post Saturday Morning Delivery Services

Saturday by 12:00 noon deliveries for orders up to 15kg are charged at a rate of £32.00 with a £0.25 pence per kilo charge thereafter.

Saturday by 10.30am deliveries for orders up to 15kg are charged at a rate of £38.00 with a £0.25 pence per kilo charge thereafter.

Saturday by 9.00am deliveries for orders up to 15kg are charged at a rate of £42.00 with a £0.25 pence per kilo charge thereafter.


Orders Received by 3pm (local time) on a working day (Monday - Friday) are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut off time will be packed and dispatched the following working day. All orders are delivered next working day by 5.30pm using Business Post Couriers. Tapes UK cannot guarantee delivery times but do guarantee for any losses or damages.



Business Post European Delivery Services.

Tapes UK ship to most European countries using Business Post International road freight. The following costs are for a maximum of 32 kilos. For all orders over this weight an individual quote will have to be processed.

Zone A 2 day service - £20.00
Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands

Zone B 3-5 day service - £22.00
Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.


European road freight transit times are a guide only. Tapes UK cannot guarantee delivery times but do guarantee for loss or damaged goods.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. You will always be informed of any back orders with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait. All back orders are shipped at no extra charge.
Tax Charges
For orders made within the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. For customers within the European Union who are VAT registered please submit your VAT number so tax can be zero-rated.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our office. Card numbers are not held in clear text on our website.

TAPES UK Ltd do not disclose buyers information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return your items to us for an exchange or full refund with 14 days of receiving your purchase. A refund will be made in full, excluding delivery costs within 30 days. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Your statuary rights will not be affected.
